Make the most of your Easter – with an H&H minibus of course!

It wouldn’t be Easter without chocolate, so try your hand at making your own tasty creations at My Chocolate’s special workshops. From the 13th to 15th April, you can enjoy a chocolate history lesson and then dip and decorate your Easter eggs at My Chocolate, De Beauvoir Town.

Hog Roast

Celebrate Easter at The Jam Tree, Kings Road, Chelsea. where there will be a celebrity DJ set by Made In Chelsea’s Alex Mytton and a complimentary hog roast. Also marking the Jam Tree’s sixth birthday, the event takes place on Thursday 13th April from 7pm.

Abseiling

Easter abseiling at the Arcelor Mittal Orbit could be just the thrill you’ve been seeking! Until 16th April you can enjoy a freefall abseil, see spectacular views spanning 20 miles across London or try out the world’s longest and tallest tunnel slide at Arcelor Mittal Orbit, Stratford.

Vegan Market

If you’re looking for a street food event with a difference, try Hackney Downs’ Vegan Market, where every stall will be serving vegan dishes. Try Club Mexicana’s barbecue tacos or indulge in tasty doughnuts from the peanut butter bakery at Hackney Downs Studios, Shacklewell. This event is on Saturday 15th April from 1pm.

Passion of Jesus Play

Performed by the Wintershall Players, The Passion of Jesus takes place on Good Friday in Trafalgar Square. A cast of more than 100 people will be performing live; plus horses, donkeys and doves! The action will be broadcast on big screens too. There are two performances, at noon and 3pm.

Heinz Beans Cafe

Celebrating 50 years since the launch of the iconic slogan, “Beans Meanz Heinz”, Selfridges on Oxford Street is hosting the Beanz Meanz Heinz Pop-up Bar, where diners can tuck into tasty meals with an innovative twist on the famous beans. The promotion continues throughout Easter until 27th April.

Sea Life Centre

Kids will love Enter the World of Jellyfish! A complete sensory experience is promised with the latest addition to the Sea Life London Aquarium on South Bank, where visitors can learn all about these fascinating creatures. You can walk into a space completely surrounded by jellyfish and create your own digital swarm.

Robotics Easter Challenge

Visit Chelsea’s National Army Museum and take part in the Robotics Easter Challenge. Kids can find out how robotics play an important role in the modern Army and they can use the technology to collect Easter eggs and create a work of art. Sessions take place throughout the Easter break.

Battersea Park Children’s Zoo

Easter events include Easter Bunny Day on Good Friday, when children can make their own rabbit ears, meet real bunnies and enjoy an Easter egg hunt.

Family Theatre

The Velveteen Rabbit is about a toy bunny who wants to be real. Showing at the Unicorn Theatre, London Bridge, on Good Friday and Easter Saturday, the show is perfect for kids aged four and above. Meanwhile, CBeebies’ Sarah and Duck’s Big Top Birthday is live at Wimbledon’s Polka Theatre; featuring puppets, stories and songs for three to six-year-olds.
